Uses:Primarily used as a pharmaceutical intermediate for the synthesis of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors such as captopril. It is also used as a crosslinking agent for polymer materials, a metal surface treatment agent, and a sulfurizing reagent in organic synthesis.
