Physical Properties:Density 1.240 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), hardness 96A (ISO 868), tensile strength 55 MPa (ISO 527-1,-3), elongation at break 460% (ISO 527-1,-3). Glass transition temperature below room temperature, elongation at break >50%, good recovery after removal of external force. Can be heat-plastified, molecular chains are substantially linear with physical crosslinking, high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, transparency, and good elasticity.
Uses:Used for molding wear-resistant products such as shoe heels and casters, as well as gearshift knob balls, rollers, couplings, gears, hoses, cables, films, automotive parts, sporting goods, hydraulic seals, etc. Halogen-free flame-retardant grade TPU can replace flexible PVC to meet environmental requirements.
