Uses:WNT-C59 is a potent PORCN enzyme activity inhibitor. By blocking PORCN-mediated palmitoylation of Wnt proteins, it suppresses Wnt ligand secretion and downstream signaling pathway activation. It is widely used in studies of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, including embryonic development, tissue regeneration, and tumorigenesis research. As a tool compound, it is also employed to evaluate the cellular and in vivo efficacy of Wnt pathway inhibitors.
