Physical Properties:Light grayish-yellow or off-white powder, odorless, almost insoluble in water, soluble in acids, alkalis and ammonium salt solutions. Density approximately 5.6 g/cm³, melting point approximately 1975°C (sublimation). The product has good chemical stability, low ignition loss and near-neutral pH. Total zinc (as Zn) content is ≥55.0%, equivalent zinc oxide content is ≥68.0%, moisture is low, and heavy metal content is strictly controlled.
Uses:Mainly used as a zinc nutrient additive in the production of slow-release zinc fertilizers, compound fertilizers and blended fertilizers (BB fertilizers). It is especially suitable for paddy fields with mild to moderate cadmium exceedance, where the zinc-cadmium competitive uptake mechanism helps reduce cadmium absorption while supplying zinc. Suitable for zinc-sensitive or high-zinc-demand crops such as maize, rice, citrus, apple and vegetables; recommended to be uniformly mixed with N-P-K base fertilizers before granulation.
