Physical Properties:Black uniform powder with a slight hydrogen sulfide odor, insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution. It has dyeing ability under alkaline reducing conditions and is easily discolored by strong oxidants. It must be used in the presence of sodium sulfide.
Uses:Mainly used for black dyeing of cotton, hemp, viscose fibers and their blends, as well as vinylon. It exhibits good exhaustion and leveling properties, high jet blackness, and good washing fastness. Commonly used for warp dyeing of denim, can be combined with other sulfur dyes, and is suitable for exhaust dyeing, jig dyeing, and pad dyeing.
