Physical Properties:It is a monoalkoxy unsaturated fatty acid titanate, appearing as a wine-red viscous liquid. Its density is approximately 0.934 g/cm³ at 20°C. It is soluble in organic solvents such as isopropanol, benzene, and toluene, and hydrolyzes upon contact with water. The relative molecular weight is approximately 951.3.

Uses:It is used as a surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and talc in plastics and rubber industries. When filled into polyolefin plastics like PP and PE, it improves the mechanical properties of the products; in natural rubber, butadiene rubber and other rubber products, its unsaturated bonds cross-link with the rubber, enhancing tear strength, elongation at break and tensile strength. In paints and coatings, it acts as a surface modifier for inorganic fillers and pigments, reducing system viscosity, increasing solid loading and leveling, and reacting with reactive groups of the resin to impart good abrasion and corrosion resistance to the film. It can also treat inorganic mineral fillers such as calcium carbonate, talc and kaolin to increase hydrophobicity and dispersibility.
