Uses:Chloropyramine is a first-generation H1 receptor antagonist antihistamine. It relieves symptoms of allergic diseases by competitively blocking the binding of histamine to H1 receptors. Clinically, it is mainly used to treat nasal congestion, itching and rash caused by allergic rhinitis, urticaria, allergic dermatitis, etc. It is also used for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness and postoperative nausea and vomiting.
