Uses:Mainly used in cyanide-free electroplating as the core raw material for electroplating-grade copper pyrophosphate plating solutions. In the electroplating industry, it is used to prepare pyrophosphate copper plating baths for copper plating as well as copper-tin and copper-zinc alloy coatings.
