Uses:Used as an acidity regulator and buffering agent in the food industry; as a metal ion chelating agent and cleaning agent in the detergent industry; as a plastic filler and rubber-plastic foaming agent in the plastics industry; also applied in pharmaceuticals and chemical analysis.
