Physical Properties:Reddish-brown transparent liquid, boiling point approximately 426°C, relative density 1.064 g/mL at 20°C, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, and toluene. It gradually oxidizes and discolors on exposure to air; nitrogen protection can avoid this, and discoloration does not affect performance.
Uses:This product is an aromatic diamine chain extender with good compatibility with TDI and MDI prepolymers and a fast reaction rate. It can be used in reaction injection molding and polyurea spray processes, giving products excellent physical and dynamic mechanical properties. Used in polyurea elastic waterproofing materials, it can effectively improve material strength, puncture resistance, and aging resistance. It can also be used as an epoxy resin curing agent, imparting good tensile strength, tear resistance, electrical insulation, and heat resistance to products.
