Soluble in chloroform, DCM, DMF, DMSO, ethanol and other organic solvents; poorly dispersible in water. Maximum absorption wavelength approximately 650 nm, maximum emission wavelength approximately 670 nm.
Uses:Used for fluorescent labeling and in vivo near-infrared imaging of liposomes, nanoparticles, exosomes and other carriers; also applied to study the distribution, dynamics and interactions of phospholipid molecules in cell membranes, as well as in vivo tracing of drug delivery systems.
