Uses:Primarily used as a natural food coloring agent, imparting a bright yellow hue to beverages, confectionery, baked goods, and pickled products. It is also the major metabolite of curcumin in vivo, serving as a reference standard in pharmacokinetic studies and for the quantification of curcumin glucuronide in biological samples.
