Uses:This product is an anthracycline antitumor antibiotic that intercalates into the DNA double helix and inhibits topoisomerase II activity, interfering with DNA replication and transcription of tumor cells, thereby suppressing cell proliferation. It is clinically used mainly for the treatment of various malignant tumors including acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer and soft tissue sarcoma. Its action mechanism also includes free radical generation-induced cell membrane damage, enhancing cytotoxicity.
