- 带金属光泽的红至棕紫色颗粒或粉末，无臭。易溶于水、乙醇，中性水溶液呈蓝绿色，酸性溶液呈绿色，碱性溶液呈蓝至蓝紫色。溶于浓硫酸呈棕橙色，加水稀释后转为绿色。耐热性、耐光性、耐还原性好，对酒石酸、柠檬酸稳定，耐碱性弱，吸湿性强。

Physical Properties:Red to brownish-purple granules or powder with metallic luster, odorless. Freely soluble in water and ethanol. Neutral aqueous solutions are blue-green, acidic solutions are green, and alkaline solutions are blue to blue-violet. Dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a brown-orange color, turning green upon dilution with water. Exhibits good heat resistance, light resistance, and reduction resistance; stable to tartaric acid and citric acid; weak alkali resistance; highly hygroscopic.
Uses:Used as a green food colorant in sugar confectionery, soft drinks, and other food products, often in combination with other pigments for shading.
