Physical Properties:Dark brown powder; molecular weight 646.6; decomposes above 300°C; insoluble in water; converted to soluble leuco compounds in alkaline sodium hydrosulfite reducing media; shows affinity for cellulose fibers; good light and washing fastness.
Uses:Mainly used for dyeing and printing of cotton, viscose and other cellulosic fibers, also applicable to dyeing of polyester-cotton blends. It offers excellent levelness and color fastness.
