Physical Properties:White or light yellow granular polymer, insoluble in water, soluble in ketone, ester and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. It has good adhesion, weather resistance, chemical resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Density is about 1.06 g/cm³ (25°C).
Uses:Mainly used to prepare anti-rust and anti-corrosion primers, widely coated on the surfaces of various indoor and outdoor light metals, heavy metals and cement structures, providing protective effects of rust prevention and corrosion protection. Suitable for steel structures, concrete facilities, etc. under different environmental conditions, and the coating thickness can be adjusted according to the anti-corrosion requirements.
Technical Specifications:
Suitable for anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating on indoor and outdoor light and heavy metal surfaces and cement structure surfaces.
Bake drying: 80°C-85°C for 6 hours; or air drying at room temperature for 48 hours, with a 1-2 week conditioning period.
Two types of primers are available: iron oxide red primer and micaceous iron oxide primer.
Coating thickness is determined according to the actual anti-corrosion requirements and can adapt to different corrosive environments.
After drying, the paint film has good adhesion and protective performance.
