Uses:Used as an emulsifier, stabilizer and quality improver in food, suitable for margarine, ice cream, bread, pastry and other products, improving texture and anti-staling performance. Also used as a nonionic emulsifier in cosmetic creams and lotions and in detergents. In industry, it can be used as a component of textile finishing agents and metalworking lubricants.
