Physical Properties:White to light yellow crystalline powder, easily soluble in water forming a transparent light yellow solution with blue fluorescence, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in benzene, ether and other organic solvents. Relative density: 1.414.
Uses:Mainly used as a whitening agent for synthetic detergents, soaps and toilet soaps, and also for whitening cotton, linen, silk, nylon, wool and paper. Applicable to the whitening of cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabrics, and can be used in one-bath process with other auxiliaries. Widely used in detergents, bleaching and dyeing, papermaking, and dyestuff industries.
