Exhibits fluorescence and reacts with primary amines to form stable fluorescent thiourea derivatives.
Uses:Used as a fluorescent labeling reagent for N-terminal sequence analysis of amino acids and proteins, and for pre-column derivatization detection of peptides and amine compounds.
