As a lipophilic derivative of vitamin B1, it has better stability than ordinary vitamin B1 and is somewhat sensitive to light and heat.
Uses:As a lipid-soluble vitamin B1 derivative and nutritional enhancer, it is used to relieve fatigue, loss of appetite and other symptoms caused by vitamin B1 deficiency. It improves cognitive function and physical performance and is commonly formulated in health supplements and functional foods.
