Uses:Used as a pharmaceutical intermediate for the synthesis of drugs such as potassium magnesium aspartate; clinically used as an electrolyte supplement for the treatment of hypokalemia and prevention of potassium deficiency; also used as a food additive and nutritional fortifier.
