Physical Properties:Brownish uniform powder, easily soluble in water; 1% aqueous solution is weakly alkaline (pH 7~9). It is an anionic polymer surfactant with excellent dispersing and wetting properties. Resistant to heat and alkali, non-toxic and non-flammable. Lumps formed after moisture absorption can be crushed without affecting performance.
Uses:Used as a high-efficiency water-reducing agent in concrete at a typical dosage of 0.6%~1.0%, with a water reduction rate of ≥18%. It significantly improves concrete compactness, impermeability and later strength, enhances paste workability, reduces bleeding and segregation, and is suitable for pump concrete construction. Compatible with ordinary Portland, slag and fly ash cement, and can be compounded with retarders and air-entraining agents. Also widely used as a dispersant for coal-water slurry, ceramics, pigments and dyes, and in flotation dispersion of non-ferrous metal ores.
