Physical Properties:Milk-white or light brown free-flowing powder, soluble in water. Optimum pH range is 3.5~6.0, and optimum temperature range is 40~60°C. It loses activity rapidly above 75°C and is inactivated under baking conditions.
Uses:Xylanase is mainly used in brewing and feed industries. It decomposes cell walls and beta-glucans of raw materials, reduces viscosity of brewing mash, and promotes release of effective substances. It also lowers non-starch polysaccharides in feed grains, improving nutrient absorption and utilization, and facilitating extraction of soluble lipid components.
