Insoluble in water; freely soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene, chloroform, DMF and other organic solvents. Good heat stability, light fastness and uniform dispersion in polymer matrices.
Uses:Primarily used as a fluorescent whitening agent for polyolefins (PE, PP), PVC, PS, ABS, PC and rubber products, as well as for whitening and brightening synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon. When used in coatings, inks, white plastics and spinning solutions, it imparts high whiteness and a bright blue fluorescence.
