Uses:Stachyose is one of the common prebiotics, which can promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacteria and regulate intestinal flora. It can be added to liquid foods such as lactic acid beverages, vinegar drinks and beer to develop new functional foods with low dosage. It can also be added to baked goods to retain moisture and improve dough rheological properties.
