Physical Properties:Pale yellow to light brown transparent oily liquid with a slight aromatic odor. Almost insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene and other organic solvents. Boiling point 180°C (0.5 kPa), density 1.05-1.07 g/cm³ (20°C), flash point 171°C (open cup), refractive index 1.493-1.497.
Uses:Mainly used as a synergist for pyrethroid insecticides. It is compounded with tetramethrin, permethrin, etc., enhancing insecticidal activity by inhibiting microsomal oxidase systems in insects and reducing application costs.
