Uses:Used as an acidulant and complexing agent, widely applied in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and light industries. Serves as a foaming agent for beer, food acidulant and flavor corrective agent, suitable for soft drinks, candies, fruit juices, sauces, cold dishes and baking powder, particularly as an acidulant for grape juice. Also plays an important role in leather tanning, photography, glass and enamel industries.
