Uses:Rosmarinic acid is a natural phenolic antioxidant widely used in food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical fields. It can be used as an antioxidant and preservative in oils, meat products, seasonings and baked goods, and as an active ingredient in cosmetics with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral activities.
