Uses:Used as a coupling agent between rubber and non-carbon black fillers such as silica; suitable for sulfur-cured rubber systems including natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber. It significantly improves the elastic modulus, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and compression properties of rubber, while reducing compound viscosity and improving processability. It also enhances the mechanical properties of resin-based composites, as well as the adhesion strength and water resistance of coatings to inorganic substrates. It can be used as an adhesion promoter and surface modifier for pigments and fillers.
