Physical Properties:Solvent-based linear crystalline aromatic polyester TPU thermoplastic polyurethane with high gloss, high toughness, low viscosity and self-drying properties. Scratch-resistant and easy to spray, exhibiting excellent flex resistance and outstanding abrasion resistance, along with good resistance to weather-induced yellowing. It has a moderate glass transition temperature, relatively low softening point, superior pigment compatibility and dispersion performance, and can be formulated with other dispersion resins. It shows strong adhesion to various plastics, rubber, polyester fabrics and leather.
Uses:Used in the production of full-solution adhesives for nylon waterproof fabrics and leather gloss inks, gold varnishes, paints and coatings, as well as pigment binders, wear-resistant coatings and heat lamination adhesives. Applicable to screen printing, gravure printing, spray inks, hot-melt adhesive films, hot-melt direct coating, heat transfer coating, solvent-based coating and adhesives. Also applied in inks and coatings for wires, cables, pipes and photographic films.
