Uses:Used as a buffering agent, dough conditioner, yeast food, and nutritional supplement (calcium fortifier), also as a firming agent, antioxidant synergist, and color protector for fruits and vegetables. Widely applied in cereal products, beverages, infant food, jelly, soft drinks, and chewing gum, providing flavoring and aroma-enhancing effects.
