Physical Properties:Light yellow to white crystalline powder, specific gravity 1.1±0.1, odorless and environmentally friendly. Insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents. Excellent heat resistance, good initial color stability and long-term weather resistance, outstanding antioxidant performance, good flowability and easy gelation. Shows synergistic effect when used with epoxy compounds such as epoxidized soybean oil.
Uses:Used as an auxiliary stabilizer for environmentally friendly calcium-zinc heat stabilizer systems in high-transparency PVC products, including high-transparent wire and cable, hoses, and LED light strips for pelletizing and extrusion. Can replace organotin heat stabilizers at the same dosage. Recommended addition level is 1.0~1.3 PHR per 100 PHR resin.
