Physical Properties:This product is a white or light yellow granular thermoplastic engineering plastic, a modified product of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. It has excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and processing fluidity, and is non-toxic and odorless. Different grades have glass fiber reinforced, flame retardant, ultra heat resistant, weather resistant and high flow characteristics respectively. Density about 1.04-1.25 g/cm³, melt processing temperature about 220-310℃, heat deflection temperature 85-130℃ (higher for glass fiber reinforced), flame retardant grade can reach UL94 V-0 rating.

Uses:Suitable for manufacturing electronic and electrical housings, automotive parts (such as dashboards, headlight frames, interior and exterior trim), office equipment housings, mechanical parts and daily necessities. Flame retardant grade is used for high-voltage electrical components and connectors; weather resistant grade for outdoor equipment housings; high flow grade suitable for thin-walled complex injection molded parts.
