Uses:Used as a flavoring agent, acidifier and buffering agent, mainly in ham, sausage, aquatic products, seasoning liquids and other foods, usually at a dosage of 0.01%-0.05%. When used as a seasoning, the anhydrous powder form is generally adopted to accelerate dissolution. It can enhance the umami taste of food and works well when combined with MSG.
