Physical Properties:White to light yellow powder or granules with a slight fatty odor. Easily soluble in water, aqueous solution is alkaline, with good emulsifying, dispersing, foaming and detergency properties. Soluble in ethanol when heated, insoluble in ether, acetone and other organic solvents.
Uses:Used as an anionic surfactant, widely applied in detergents, cosmetics, soaps, emulsifiers, textile auxiliaries and metal cleaning agents. Also used as a polymerization emulsifier and mineral flotation agent.
