Uses:Mainly used as an organic synthesis intermediate for the preparation of ion-exchange resins, fluorescent brighteners, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and other fine chemicals. Also used in the synthesis of p-xylylenediamine, p-phenylenedimethanamine and related compounds.
