Physical Properties:Colorless transparent viscous liquid. Insoluble in water; soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and other organic solvents. Exhibits excellent oil, solvent and chemical resistance, good low- and high-temperature performance, and low surface energy.
Uses:Mainly used as a structural control agent for fluorosilicone rubber, effectively regulating compound viscosity and improving processability. It also enhances the oil, solvent and heat resistance of the vulcanizates. Additionally, it can be used as a base fluid for fluorosilicone oils, a release agent and an antifoam component in aerospace, automotive and electronic/electrical applications requiring high chemical resistance.
