Freely soluble in water, soluble in glycerol, slightly soluble in ethanol, practically insoluble in ether and chloroform. Melting point about 195-196°C (dec.). Aqueous solution is weakly alkaline.
Uses:Used as a vitamin nutritional supplement, widely applied in food, feed and pharmaceutical industries.
