Physical Properties:Yellow-green granular solid with a glassy amorphous structure and no fixed melting point. The softening temperature range is approximately 780-900°C, requiring firing at around 900°C. It is chemically stable and resistant to acid and alkali. Insoluble in water and conventional solvents, it must be ground into enamel slip before use. The enamel slip specific gravity is approximately 160-175g/100ml and the slip fineness is 1.0-2.0g per 150-mesh·100ml.
Uses:Used as a cover-coat enamel material on the surface of enamelware, combined with a matched base coat to provide excellent opacity and gloss, resulting in a fine and smooth porcelain surface. Widely applied in daily-use enamelware, sanitary ware, architectural decoration, and other enamel coating fields. Also suitable for coloring and decorating glass and ceramic products.
