Physical Properties:Light gray to beige powder, odorless and tasteless, insoluble in water, organic solvents and oils. It has a porous structure, high specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, and certain ion exchange capability. When heated to a certain temperature, adsorbed water is removed and the adsorption activity is restored.
Uses:Mainly used for decolorization and refining of oils, mineral oils and waxes. Used as catalyst support or adsorbent in petrochemical industry. Also applied in waste oil regeneration, wastewater treatment and purification/clarification of liquid products in the food industry.
