Physical Properties:Light yellow to amber transparent granules at room temperature, with low melt viscosity and good thermal stability, and excellent compatibility with nylon matrix. Density is about 1.0-1.1 g/cm³, softening point is about 100-160°C, insoluble in water, soluble in alcohols, ketones, esters and other organic solvents.
Uses:Mainly used in PA6, PA66 and other nylon compounding granulation. As a flow modifier, it can significantly improve the melt flow rate. Added at 0.5‰ in super-tough nylon, MFI increases by 1.5-2 times; at 1%, MFI increases by more than 2.5 times. In reinforced or flame-retardant nylon, adding 0.5‰ increases MFI by 1.5-2 times, and adding 1% increases MFI by more than 2 times. Currently this product has been certified in nylon compounding granulation.
