Physical Properties:Pale yellow viscous liquid at room temperature with a slight characteristic odor. Soluble in water, it exhibits good wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and foaming properties. Stable in hard water and in both acidic and alkaline media, with good biodegradability.
Uses:Primarily used as an anionic surfactant in daily chemical products as a detergent, foaming agent and emulsifier; employed in the textile and dyeing industries as a wetting agent and scouring agent; also used in leather degreasing, pesticide emulsification and oilfield stimulation additives.
