Physical Properties:Colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid or waxy solid, with good thermal stability and hydrolysis resistance. Readily soluble in acetone, chloroform, dichloromethane and other organic solvents; slightly soluble in ethanol; insoluble in water. Relative density approximately 1.05 g/cm³, decomposition temperature about 250°C, flash point above 150°C.

Uses:This polymer is a polyester-type polyol intermediate, mainly used for the synthesis of polyurethanes, polyester coatings, adhesives and elastomers. It is also used as a plasticizer and a modifier for biodegradable materials, improving the flexibility and low-temperature performance of the finished products.
