- 外观为蓝灰黑色有光泽微粉，触之有滑腻感；莫氏硬度0.8~1.3，摩擦系数0.05~0.1，吸油值2.6~4.0；熔点850℃，不升华，化学稳定性和热稳定性良好；在大气中600℃以上开始逐渐氧化；在稀酸、碱、溶剂、润滑油、合成润滑脂中不溶解，不发生化学反应；易分散在油分子表面，与金属表面接触发生内磷化形成耐磨层和表面粘附层，这两层膜耐极压、耐磨擦，对金属表面无不良影响，不侵蚀橡胶材料。

Physical Properties:Blue-gray-black lustrous fine powder with a slippery feel. Mohs hardness 0.8–1.3, friction coefficient 0.05–0.1, oil absorption value 2.6–4.0. Melting point 850°C, non-sublimating, with good chemical and thermal stability. Begins to oxidize gradually above 600°C in air. Insoluble in dilute acids, alkalis, solvents, lubricating oils and synthetic greases without chemical reaction. Easily disperses on oil-molecule surfaces; upon contact with metal surfaces, internal phosphating occurs to form a wear-resistant layer and a surface adhesive layer. Both layers resist extreme pressure and wear, exert no adverse effects on metal surfaces, and do not attack rubber materials.
Uses:Used as a solid lubricating material, it can replace molybdenum disulfide in producing various extreme-pressure anti-wear greases (e.g., MoS₂ EP lithium grease, complex lithium grease, complex calcium grease, synthetic grease, non-soap grease), with a recommended dosage of 2%–3% by direct stirring into the grease. Suitable for solid lubrication of friction parts under high temperature (600–1000°C) and chemically corrosive environments. It is also used to manufacture self-lubricating parts such as resin or metal self-lubricating bearings, as release agents in metal, rubber and plastic injection molding, and in producing brake pads, carbon brushes and other electrical components.
