Uses:Primarily used as a latent curing agent for epoxy resins, curing slowly below 100°C and rapidly above 120°C with exothermic heat. The cured product exhibits a heat distortion temperature of up to 230°C and excellent electrical properties, making it suitable for laminates and casting materials. This curing system features semi-latent characteristics, allowing mechanical processing of prepregs before curing, while the ether bonds generated during curing enhance the toughness and adhesion of the final product.
