Uses:Monosodium fumarate is a new type of antiseptic and fresh-keeping food additive, mainly used in aquatic products and minced meat products, often in combination with sodium acetate. It is also used in the preparation of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, confectionery, powdered fruit juice, canned fruit, cold drinks, jam, jelly, etc., and can be used in composite leavening agents for bread, cookies, etc. As an acidulant, it is often used together with malic acid, citric acid and other organic acids.
