Uses:Used as a polyethylene glycol modification reagent. The terminal primary amine reacts with carboxyl, activated ester, isocyanate and other groups for PEGylation of proteins/peptides, construction of drug delivery carriers, biomaterial surface modification and nanoparticle functionalization. It is also commonly used to prepare mPEG amide-coupled conjugates and targeted drug delivery systems.
