Physical Properties:Dark blue powder, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hot chloroform and o-dichlorobenzene, and develops a deep blue color in concentrated sulfuric acid. It exhibits excellent light fastness, heat resistance and weather resistance, with stable chemical properties and resistance to acids and alkalis.
Uses:Primarily used in the manufacture of high-grade organic pigments for coloring plastics (such as PVC, PE, PS), textile printing pastes, automotive topcoats and premium inks. It is also employed as a vat dye for dyeing and printing of cotton fibers.
