Uses:Imazapyr is an imidazolinone-class non-selective systemic herbicide that inhibits the activity of acetolactate synthase (ALS) in plants, interfering with the biosynthesis of branched-chain amino acids, thereby effectively controlling a wide range of annual and perennial grass weeds and broadleaf weeds. It is mainly used for weed control in non-cropland, forestland, sugarcane fields, orchards, and also for vegetation management on no-till farmland and roadsides.
