Physical Properties:An amphoteric surfactant with excellent stability under both acidic and alkaline conditions, exhibiting cationic or anionic character respectively. It has good compatibility with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants. It is mild, readily soluble in water, stable to acid and alkali, high foaming, and has strong detergency. It also shows excellent thickening, softening, bactericidal, antistatic and hard-water resistance properties, and can significantly improve the softness, conditioning and low-temperature stability of washing products.
Uses:Used in shampoos, bath gels, hand cleansers and household detergents. Due to its mildness, it is a key ingredient in baby shampoos, foam baths and skin care products, and serves as an excellent softening and conditioning agent in hair and skin care formulations. It is also used as a wetting agent, thickener, antistatic agent, bactericide and softening agent in textile printing and dyeing.
